Attack on Titan contains a whole ugly mess of triggery topics, including but probably not limited to: genocide, body horror, gore, murder/death, war, PTSD, flashbacks, unreality/memory issues, child abuse, traumatic major injuries.
Eren especially comes jam-packed with references to almost all of the above, especially at the canon point I'm most likely to play him at.
